Focus on CBCRM in Vietnam

Double issue, 2002, 40 pp.

Contains a lead article on building learning communities as a strategy for promoting adaptive learning in CBCRM. Other feature articles include a report on the participatory research process in Hon Mun Bay, a summary of lessons from the livelihoods analysis in the Trao Reef Marine Reserve, and a situationer on Vietnam's coastal resources and management efforts. The issue also includes a report on the mandatory review of the Philippine Fisheries Code, and on the Women's Consultation initiated by the Women's Cluster of the CBCRM resource pool of fellows.
